SEVENTEEN’s Woozi is making a splash on the international music charts with his first-ever solo mixtape!

On January 3 at 6 p.m. KST, Woozi dropped his first solo mixtape “Ruby” through various online platforms including SoundCloud, iTunes, Spotify, and Apple Music.

Immediately upon its release, Woozi’s new song—which marks his first time writing lyrics entirely in English for a track—shot to the top of iTunes charts in various countries all over the globe.

As of 10:40 a.m. KST on January 4, “Ruby” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 18 different regions, including Chile, Mexico, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Hashtags related to “Ruby” also topped Twitter’s worldwide trends (in addition to trending at No. 1 in numerous countries like the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines), proving Woozi’s global popularity.
