Highlight's Lee Gikwang Chosen As New DJ For Radio Show

Highlight’s Lee Gikwang has been confirmed as the next DJ of “Music Plaza”!

Recently, KBS shared that Lee Gikwang has newly joined the KBS Cool FM DJ lineup. They commented, “He is the first male DJ in seven years since Kim Sung Joo, so we are expecting him to bring out new charms and vitality during lunchtime.”

The previous DJ was Apink‘s Jung Eun Ji, and from March 14, “Lee Gikwang’s Music Plaza” will air from noon to 2 p.m. KST.

Lee Gikwang commented, “As a DJ, I want to give energy and fun to listeners during the day. I will host [the program] so that they can listen to it comfortably.”

Highlight officially announced their plans for their return later this month. The group will be releasing their first full-length album “DAYDREAM” on March 21 at 6 p.m. KST, marking their first comeback in over 10 months.
