NCT DREAM Becomes Artist With 2nd Highest 1st-Week Sales In Hanteo History

NCT DREAM is now the artist with the second-highest first-week sales in all of Hanteo history!

Last week, NCT DREAM made their highly-anticipated comeback with their second studio album “Glitch Mode” and its title track of the same name.

Hanteo Chart has now reported that after soaring past 1 million sales in less than 3 days, “Glitch Mode” sold an impressive total of 1,405,199 copies in the first week of its release (March 28 to April 3)—marking the highest first-week sales of any album released in 2022 and smashing NCT DREAM’s previous first-week sales record of 1,010,766 (set by their previous album “Hot Sauce“).

With this latest achievement, NCT DREAM has overtaken SEVENTEEN to become the artist with the second-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, bested only by BTS.

“Glitch Mode” has also achieved the fifth-highest first-week sales of any album in Hanteo history, following the BTS albums “Map of the Soul: 7,” “BE,” “Map of the Soul: Persona,” and “Butter.”
