Both “Our Blues” and “The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won” climbed to new heights last night!

On April 17, tvN’s new drama “Our Blues” achieved its highest viewership ratings yet for its fourth episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the star-studded series scored an average nationwide rating of 9.2 percent, taking first place in its time slot across all cable channels and setting a new personal record in viewership.

“Our Blues” also remained first place in its time slot across all channels—including public broadcast networks—among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned a nationwide average of 4.8 percent.

Meanwhile, KBS’s popular historical drama “The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won” also hit a new all-time high. The latest episode of the series, which has just two weeks left in its run, scored an average nationwide rating of 11.7 percent.

JTBC’s new drama “My Liberation Notes” fell to an all-time low of 2.3 percent for its fourth episode, while OCN’s “A Superior Day” dipped to a nationwide average of 0.9 percent.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s “It’s Beautiful Now” remained the most-watched program of Sunday night with an average nationwide rating of 24.1 percent.
