Watch: Lee Kwang Soo, AOA's Seolhyun, Jin Hee Kyung, And More Talk About Their Roles At 1st Filming Of "The Killer's Shopping List"

“The Killer’s Shopping List” has released a making clip from the drama’s first filming!

Based on the novel of the same name by Kang Ji Young, tvN’s “The Killer”s Shopping List” is a comedy-mystery thriller about an ordinary neighborhood on the outskirts of Seoul. When a mysterious body is found in the vicinity of an apartment building, a supermarket receipt becomes a key piece of evidence that kicks off an entertaining hunt for the killer.

In the new behind-the-scenes video, the main cast of “The Killer’s Shopping List” introduces their characters. Starting with Lee Kwang Soo, he comments, “My role Ahn Dae Sung is someone who used to be considered a genius for having incredible memory, but is now just the son of a supermarket owner.”

His girlfriend Do Ah Hee is played by AOA’s Seolhyun, who shares, “Ah Hee is someone who has only had eyes for Dae Sung for the past 20 years.” She continues, “She’s a cop who does not hold back her determined personality.”

Jin Hee Kyung plays MS Market owner Han Myung Sook, who is also Ahn Dae Sung’s mother. The actress shares, “I play the role of a heroine girl crush who has grown her tiny neighborhood mart into a huge one. I’m also Dae Sung’s mom.”

Han Myung Sook’s husband and Ahn Dae Sung’s father Ahn Young Choon is played by Shin Sung Woo. He comments, “He’s a bright character who has not experienced the harsh ups and downs of life and from another viewpoint, tries to protect his innocent soul.”

Park Ji Bin plays Saeng Sun, an employee at MS Mart. He shares, “This is a role I can’t say too much about right now, so it’s regretful that I can’t give a detailed explanation, but I believe that it’ll be one of the important roles in tvN’s ‘The Killer’s Shopping List.'”

Following their first filming, Lee Kwang Soo shares, “We finally did our first filming that many people prepared and waited for, for a long time. I think we filmed as enjoyably as we were looking forward to it.”

Seolhyun adds, “I was used to the set, as if we’ve been filming for a really long time. Since the set is this much fun, I’m looking forward to seeing just how much fun the final result is.”
