NCT DREAM Achieves 2nd Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Repackaged Album In Hanteo History With "Beatbox"
NCT DREAM’s new repackaged album is off to an incredible start!
Last week, NCT DREAM made their highly-anticipated comeback with “Beatbox,” the repackaged version of their second studio album “Glitch Mode.”
On June 6, Hanteo Chart officially announced that “Beatbox” had sold an impressive total of 848,367 copies in the first week of its release (May 30 to June 5). While the figure falls short of the amazing first-week sales achieved by “Glitch Mode,” which sold over 1.4 million copies in its first week, it is remarkably high for a repackaged album.
To date, the only repackaged album in Hanteo history to sell more copies in its first week is BTS‘s “Love Yourself: Answer,” which racked up 868,052 first-week sales back in 2018. “Beatbox” fell just short of that record, coming in at a very close second.
Congratulations to NCT DREAM!
