BTS, SEVENTEEN, TXT, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, And NCT DREAM Claim Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has released its World Albums chart for the week ending on July 2!

BTS’s new anthology album “Proof” held onto its spot at No. 1 for the second consecutive week. The album also topped several other Billboard charts this week, in addition to staying strong at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

Including “Proof,” BTS once again landed a total of six albums on this week’s World Albums chart. “Love Yourself: Her” maintained its position at No. 6, followed by “Love Yourself: Tear” at No. 7, “BE” at No. 10, “Map of the Soul: 7” at No. 12, and “Skool Luv Affair” at No. 14.

SEVENTEEN’s latest studio album “Face the Sun,” which became the group’s first album ever to spend three weeks on the Billboard 200 this week, remained No. 2 in its fourth week on the World Albums chart.

Meanwhile, TXT’s “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” held steady at No. 3 in its seventh consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming the first K-pop album of 2022 to spend six weeks in the top 100 of the Billboard 200.

BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” climbed back up to No. 8 in its 90th consecutive week on the World Albums chart, while Stray Kids’ “ODDINARY” rose to No. 9 in its 13th non-consecutive week.

Finally, NCT DREAM’s repackaged album “Beatbox” came in at No. 13 in its third consecutive week on the chart.
