IVE, SHINee's Key, NewJeans, And BLACKPINK Earn Double Crowns On Circle (Gaon) Monthly And Weekly Charts

Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its latest monthly and weekly chart rankings!

Monthly Album Chart

IVE topped the physical album chart for August with their new single album “After LIKE,” which previously debuted at No. 1 on the weekly chart.

TWICE’s “BETWEEN 1&2” entered the monthly chart at No. 2, followed by THE BOYZ’s “BE AWARE” at No. 3, NewJeans’ “New Jeans” at No. 4, and Girls’ Generation’s “FOREVER 1” at No. 5.

Weekly Album Chart

SHINee’s Key achieved a double crown on this week’s Circle charts after topping both the physical album chart and the digital download chart with his new solo album “Gasoline” and its title track of the same name.

“Gasoline” debuted at No. 1 on the weekly album chart, followed by TEMPEST’s new mini album “SHINING UP” at No. 2 and Billlie’s new mini album “the Billage of perception: chapter two” at No. 3.

Nearly two months after its release, ITZY’s latest mini album “CHECKMATE” shot back up to No. 4 on this week’s chart, while IVE’s “After LIKE” stayed strong at No. 5.

Monthly Digital Chart

NewJeans earned a double crown for August with their smash hit “Attention,” which entered both the monthly overall digital chart and the streaming chart at No. 1. The rookie girl group also claimed the No. 5 spot on the overall digital chart with their song “Hype Boy.”

How Do You Play?” project group WSG Wannabe (Gaya-G)’s “At That Moment” ranked No. 2 for the month, followed by WSG Wannabe (4FIRE)’s “I Missed You” at No. 3 and IVE’s “LOVE DIVE” at No. 4.

Weekly Digital Chart + Streaming Chart

After topping both the physical album chart and the digital download chart last week, IVE earned another double crown on this week’s charts by topping both the overall digital chart and the streaming chart with their latest title track “After LIKE.”

Including “After LIKE,” the top five songs on this week’s overall digital chart and streaming chart were exactly the same: NewJeans’ “Attention” and “Hype Boy” came in at No. 2 and No. 4 respectively on both charts, with BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” at No. 3 and Girls’ Generation’s “FOREVER 1” at No. 5.

Monthly Streaming Chart

The top four songs on the streaming chart for August were the same as the overall digital chart: NewJeans’ “Attention” debuted at No. 1, followed by WSG Wannabe (Gaya-G)’s “At That Moment” at No. 2, WSG Wannabe (4FIRE)’s “I Missed You” at No. 3, and IVE’s “LOVE DIVE” at No. 4.

Finally, ITZY’s “SNEAKERS” rounded out the top five for August.

Monthly Download Chart

Once again, Lim Young Woong swept the top three spots on the monthly digital download chart. “If We Ever Meet Again” held onto its spot at No. 1, trailed by “Our Blues” at No. 2 and “Rainbow” at No. 3.

Meanwhile, NewJeans’ “Attention” and THE BOYZ’s “WHISPER” entered the monthly chart at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.

Weekly Download Chart

Key’s new title track “Gasoline” debuted at No. 1 on the digital download chart, while Ha Sung Woon’s “FOCUS” held onto its spot at No. 2 for the second consecutive week.

IVE’s “After LIKE” came in at No. 3 on this week’s chart, followed by BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” at No. 4 and TWICE’s “Talk that Talk” at No. 5.

Monthly Global K-Pop Chart

BLACKPINK achieved double crowns on both the monthly and weekly charts, sweeping the No. 1 spot on both of the latest Global K-Pop charts (which are based on global streaming) and the social charts.

The group’s latest hit “Pink Venom” debuted at No. 1 on the Global K-Pop chart for August, while NewJeans swept the next two spots on the chart with “Attention” at No. 2 and “Hype Boy” at No. 3.

TWICE’s Nayeon‘s “POP!” stayed strong at No. 4 for the month, followed by IVE’s “LOVE DIVE” at No. 5.

Weekly Global K-Pop Chart

BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” topped the weekly Global K-Pop chart for the third consecutive week, while IVE’s “After LIKE” also maintained its position at No. 2.

TWICE’s “Talk that Talk” climbed to No. 3 for the week, and NewJeans rounded out the top five with “Attention” and “Hype Boy” at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.

Monthly Social Chart

BLACKPINK rose to No. 1 on the social chart for August, while Lisa charted separately at No. 3. BTS came in at No. 2 for the month, followed by Jessi at No. 4 and Nayeon at No. 5.

Weekly Social Chart

BLACKPINK held onto their spot at No. 1 on the weekly social chart, with Lisa charting separately at No. 5.

BTS also held steady at No. 2 on this week’s chart, trailed by Lim Young Woong at No. 3 and TWICE at No. 4.
