BLACKPINK's "Shut Down" Remains No. 1; Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2022, October Week 2
BLACKPINK’s “Shut Down” repeats as the No. 1 song this week! The song has maintained high scores across all chart sources. Congratulations to BLACKPINK!
Moving back up one spot to No. 2 is IVE’s former No. 1 song “After LIKE.” Rounding out the top three is NewJeans’ “Attention,” another previous chart-topper moving back up two spots to No. 3.
Two songs newly entered the top 10 this week.
Moving up 23 spots to No. 8 is Crush’s “Rush Hour,” an R&B song featuring BTS’s J-Hope. The artist’s first track since his military discharge, “Rush Hour” is a song that compares the way people gather together to enjoy Crush hour to a traffic jam.
Debuting at No. 10 is 10CM and BIG Naughty’s “Just 10 centimeters,” their second collaboration together this year. The two previous collaborated on BIG Naughty’s long-running hit “Beyond Love,” which also hit the top 10 earlier this year and still remains in the top 20.
