Watch: (G)I-DLE Takes "Nxde" 3rd Win On "M Countdown

(G)I-DLE has won this week’s “M Countdown” trophy!

On the October 27 broadcast of ” M Countdown,” Mnet aired a special episode featuring performances from the first-ever KCON in Saudi Arabia. The event was held on September 30 and October 1 local time at Boulevard Riyadh City with a Day 1 lineup of THE BOYZ, Sunmi, Rain, PENTAGON, P1Harmony, and SECRET NUMBER, and a Day 2 lineup of ATEEZ, NewJeans, Hyolyn, STAYC, ONEUS, and TO1.

First place nominees this week were “Nxde” by (G)I-DLE and “ANTIFRAGILE” by LE SSERAFIM. After (G)I-DLE was announced as this week’s winner, the group shared their excitement through an acceptance speech video. “M Countdown” host Miyeon commented, “It’s really, really an honor to receive first place on ‘M Countdown’ where I am the MC. Our Neverland [(G)I-DLE’s fan club], I love you and thank you! We will work harder in the future.”

Soyeon chimed in, “Thank you so much for first place on ‘M Countdown.’ In the future, we will promote ‘Nxde’ even more diligently so I hope you will watch over us lots. Neverland, I love you so, so much. Thank you so, so, so much to Cube Entertainment and our many composers who supported us lots and lots for ‘Nxde.’ We will work to become a (G)I-DLE that works even harder in the future.
