Watch: Lee Jae Wook Declares His Return In Chilling Teaser For “Alchemy Of Souls Part 2”
tvN’s “Alchemy of Souls” is gearing up for its highly-anticipated return with Season 2!
Penned by the famous screenwriting duo known as the Hong Sisters, “Alchemy of Souls” is a fantasy romance drama set in the fictional nation of Daeho, a country that does not exist in history or on maps. The drama tells the story of characters whose fates become twisted due to magic that swaps people’s souls.
Part 1 of “Alchemy of Souls” aired from June 18 to August 28, recording its highest average nationwide viewership rating of 9.3 percent. Part 2 of “Alchemy of Souls” consists of 10 episodes, and instead of Jung So Min, who plays Mu Deok in Part 1, the female lead will be Go Yoon Jung as Nak Soo.
In the newly released teaser, Jang Wook (Lee Jae Wook) states, “I should have died back then,” highlighting his unexpected return. Following a flurry of action scenes filled with a blood-tainted sword, blazing fire, and powerful magic, a mysterious woman dressed in white is shown sitting up on a table. The teaser ends as Jang Wook chillingly declares, “If my power serves as justification, not one person will leave this place alive.”
