Based on the novel of the same name, “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist” is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy. In Season 1, he embarked on a mission to become a true doctor who heals the heart after meeting Seo Eun Woo (Kim Hyang Gi) and Gye Ji Han (Kim Sang Kyung) in the strange and beautiful village of Gyesu.

At the end of the first season of the drama, Yoo Se Poong had been planning to confess his feelings to Seo Eun Woo—but instead, he unexpectedly found himself forced to say goodbye. In Season 2, Yoo Se Poong will miss Seo Eun Woo unbearably after returning to Hanyang at the request of the king.

However, just as Yoo Se Poong lies down for a moment of repose, his thoughts filled with Seo Eun Woo, the very person he was missing suddenly appears before his eyes. Unsure of whether he’s dreaming or not, Yoo Se Poong reaches a hand out toward Seo Eun Woo’s face—and she takes that hand with a warm smile that is certain to give fans of the Poong-Woo couple butterflies.

After their romantic reunion, Yoo Se Poong and Seo Eun Woo become closer than ever, and a photo of the pair adorably reading together offers a glimpse of their happy everyday lives. Meanwhile, another photo captures the couple looking serious as Yoo Se Poong takes Seo Eun Woo’s hand with a sincere smile, raising the question of whether he’s finally managed to confess his feelings properly.
