Watch: Kim Seo Hyung Abandons Her Real Self For Fake Happiness In Upcoming Drama

Genie TV’s original drama “Pale Moon” has dropped a new poster and teaser!

Based on the Japanese novel “Kami no Tsuki” by Mitsuyo Kakuta, “Pale Moon” is a thriller drama which revolves around a woman named Yoo Yi Hwa who lived a comfortable life without deprivation and desire. Her ordinary daily life becomes irrevocably twisted as she starts working as a contract employee at a bank.

Kim Seo Hyung will take on the role of Yoo Yi Hwa, a housewife with a husband who doesn’t seem interested in her. Feeling bored, she gets a job as a contract employee at a savings bank and gradually regains her confidence. However, she unexpectedly begins to embezzle the VIP customers’ money, causing her to get tangled up in an irreversible catastrophe.

The newly released poster features Yoo Yi Hwa staring somewhere with a sad expression under the hazy moonlight. The text that reads, “I abandon the real me for fake happiness,” adds to the subtle atmosphere of the poster.

In the teaser for “Pale Moon,” which was released along with the poster, Yoo Yi Hwa says, “Can I betray my real life for fake happiness?” The appearance of Yoo Yi Hwa facing a young man standing across the road arouses viewers’ curiosity.
