VERIVERY's Dongheon Confirmed To Enlist In The Military This Year

VERIVERY’s Dongheon has announced his plans to enlist in the military.

On April 27, his agency Jellyfish Entertainment shared with Xportsnews, “VERIVERY’s Dongheon will enlist in the military this year.”

The agency continued, “We ask for your understanding that we are unable to provide you with an exact date of enlistment because we have not yet received the draft notice. He will faithfully carry out his national duty in accordance with his future date of enlistment.”

Born in 1995, Dongheon is 29 years old this year by Korean reckoning. He is the leader and oldest member of VERIVERY, and will be the first of the group to enlist in the military.

VERIVERY debuted in 2019 and achieved a career high last year when they broke their personal record for first-week sales with their single album “Liminality – EP.LOVE.”
