LE SSERAFIM, SEVENTEEN, Suga, TXT, TWICE, Jimin, And Stray Kids Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on May 20!

Following its delayed physical release in the United States, LE SSERAFIM’s first full-length album “UNFORGIVEN” rose to No. 1 on the World Albums chart this week, in addition to making LE SSERAFIM the fastest K-pop girl group ever to enter the top 10 of the Billboard 200.

After reaching No.1 last week, SEVENTEEN’s latest mini album “FML” stayed strong at No. 2 in its third week on the World Albums chart, and it also became the group’s first album to spend two consecutive weeks in the top 15 of the Billboard 200.

BTSSuga’s first official solo album “D-DAY,” which he released under the name Agust D, took No. 3 in its third consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to staying strong in the top 40 of the Billboard 200.

TXT’s “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,” which spent five weeks at No. 1 earlier this year, climbed back up to No. 5 in its 15th consecutive week on the World Albums chart. The mini album also climbed back up the Billboard 200, where it became TXT’s first album to chart for 15 weeks.

TWICE’s latest mini album “READY TO BE” remained stable at No. 6 in its ninth consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming their first album to spend nine weeks on the Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” ranked No. 7 in its seventh consecutive week on the World Albums chart. Including Suga’s and Jimin’s solo albums, BTS landed a total of five albums in the top 15 this week: “Proof” came in at No. 9, “Map of the Soul: 7“at No. 11, and “Love Yourself: Answer” at No. 12.

Finally, Stray Kids’ 2022 mini album “MAXIDENT” climbed back up to No. 8 in its 28th non-consecutive week on the chart.
