Watch: ITZY Returns To "Good Day New York" With "Cheshire" Performance

ITZY returned to “Good Day New York”!

On May 22, ITZY made their second-ever appearance on American morning talk show FOX5’s “Good Day New York” while in town for the Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival. As ITZY’s first “Good Day New York” appearance was back in 2020 via Zoom due to the COVID-19 lockdown, this marked the group’s first time in the studio.

Following ITZY’s incredible performance of “Cheshire,” the group took time to chat with “Good Day New York” host Rosanna Scotto, who made sure to point out Yeji’s birthday which is coming up on May 26. ITZY explained the encouraging message behind “Cheshire” then Lia spoke about their recent performance at Head In The Clouds. She added that the group had recently gotten a chance to go around the city, checking out the Statue of Liberty and trying out a popular pizza place.

When asked about their plans for the summer, Chaeryeong shyly commented that they were currently preparing for their next album. To their fan club MIDZY, she commented, “Please look forward to it!”

Last weekend on May 20, ITZY headlined the first-ever Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival held in New York. Later this week, ITZY will perform in Busan at the 2023 Dream Concert.
