Chuu Confirmed To Make October Solo Debut
Former LOONA member Chuu is set to make her debut as a solo artist in October!
On August 29, it was reported that Chuu was gearing up to make her solo debut in October. In response, a representative from Chuu’s agency ATRP confirmed, “Chuu is currently preparing to release a solo album in October.”
Chuu debuted as a member of LOONA in 2017. In November 2022, BlockBerryCreative announced Chuu’s removal from LOONA, citing “violent language and misuse of power” toward a staff member as their reason. Chuu has since spoken out to personally deny the agency’s claims. In December, Chuu filed a lawsuit against BlockBerryCreative to confirm the invalidity of her exclusive contract on grounds such as unfair profit settlement and collapse of trust.
On August 17, Chuu won the lawsuit against her former agency BlockBerryCreative. After signing an exclusive contract with her new agency ATRP in April of this year, Chuu has continued to actively engage in various promotional activities.
