NewJeans, BTS's J-Hope, NCT DREAM, TWICE's Jihyo, Stray Kids, ENHYPEN, And More Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on September 9!

A month and a half after its initial release, NewJeans’ latest mini album “Get Up” climbed back up to No. 1 on this week’s chart, marking its fifth non-consecutive week at the top. “Get Up” also became the first K-pop girl group album in history to spend six consecutive weeks in the top 25 of the Billboard 200 this week.

BTS’s J-Hope’s 2022 solo album “Jack In The Box” stayed strong at No. 3 in its eighth non-consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming his first album to spend three weeks on the Billboard 200.

NCT DREAM’s latest album “ISTJ” held steady at No. 4 in its second week on the World Albums chart, and it also became the group’s first album ever to spend multiple weeks on the Billboard 200.

TWICE’s Jihyo’s solo debut mini album “ZONE” took No. 5 in its second week on the World Albums chart. Jihyo also became the second female K-pop soloist to spend multiple weeks on the Billboard 200 and Artist 100 this week.

Stray Kids’ latest album “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” ranked No. 6 in its 13th consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming the group’s first album ever to spend 13 weeks on the Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN’s “DARK BLOOD” came in at No. 8 in its 14th consecutive week on the World Albums chart.

LE SSERAFIM’s first full-length album “UNFORGIVEN” climbed back up to No. 9 in its 18th week on the World Albums chart, while NewJeans’ self-titled debut EP rose to No. 10 in its 36th overall week.

BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” also climbed back up to No. 11 in its 23rd week on the chart, followed by ITZY’s “KILL MY DOUBT” at No. 12 (in its fourth week) and BTS’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” (in its 13th week).
