Yoo Ah In And Ahn Eun Jin's Postponed Drama "Goodbye Earth" Reveals Premiere Date And Poster
Netflix’s upcoming series “Goodbye Earth” has finally confirmed its premiere date.
“Goodbye Earth” is a “pre-apocalyptic” drama about four individuals living out the chaotic final 200 days before an asteroid is scheduled to collide with Earth. The drama will star Yoo Ah In, Ahn Eun Jin, Jeon Seong Woo, and Kim Yoon Hye.
While “Goodbye Earth” was initially scheduled to be released in 2023, its release date was postponed last year after Yoo Ah In tested positive for cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, and propofol during police investigations for the illegal use of propofol.
On March 29, Netflix officially announced that “Goodbye Earth” would be released on April 26.
The upcoming drama also unveiled its first teaser poster, which offers a glimpse of the chaos and panic that will unfold in the wake of the news about the asteroid. A giant billboard features the breaking news that there are just 200 days left until the asteroid hits Earth, with the text at the bottom of the screen reading, “Collision expected to take place around the Korean peninsula, ‘no way to avoid it.’”
As a large mob of protesters desperately hopes to be evacuated to a safe zone, the poster’s caption ominously reads, “We’re waiting for the end.”
