Kim Myung Soo And Lee Yoo Young Showcase Contrasting Stances About Their Romance In

The upcoming drama “Dare to Love Me” has released a new poster!

Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Dare to Love Me” is a romantic comedy about the love story between Shin Yoon Bok (Kim Myung Soo), a 21st-century scholar from Seongsan village who believes deeply in Confucian values, and his art teacher Kim Hong Do (Lee Yoo Young), who has a reckless and straightforward personality.

In the poster, Shin Yoon Bok is wearing a traditional hanbok and holding a tea cup with firm posture, appearing determined to not look at and be disturbed by the presence of Kim Hong Do who is sitting right next to him. Unlike Shin Yoon Bok, Kim Hong Do’s desk is rather disorganized, symbolizing a much more free-spirited and lively personality than his, which is also conveyed through her colorful sweater and lovely facial expression, looking as if she is ruminating about him. Her deep affection toward him is further evidenced in a cute detail which shows a heart-shaped arrow stuck in Kim Hong Do’s hair bun that a mini Shin Yoon Bok fired.

High anticipation is given to the drama to see how love will develop between them despite their contrasting personalities and stances in their teeter-tottering romance!

“Dare to Love Me” is set to premiere on May 13 at 10:10 p.m. KST.
