Stray Kids Becomes 2nd Male K-Pop Group In RIAA History To Earn U.S. Gold Certifications With More Than One Song

Stray Kids has gone gold in the United States with another song!

This week, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) awarded Stray Kids’ hit 2022 title track “MANIAC” an official gold certification for over 500,000 units sold in the United States.

“MANIAC” is Stray Kids’ second song to be certified gold by the RIAA, following their 2020 hit “God’s Menu.” The single also marks their fourth RIAA certification overall—the group previously went gold in the United States with their 2023 albums “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” and “ROCK-STAR.”

With this new achievement, Stray Kids has become only the second male K-pop group in RIAA history to earn gold certifications for more than one song—and the fourth K-pop group overall, following BTS, BLACKPINK, and TWICE.

Congratulations to Stray Kids!
