Jung Kyung Ho Shares Why He Chose To Star In “Oh My Ghost Clients,” Offers Character Insights, And Details His Preparation

Jung Kyung Ho has shared his thoughts on his upcoming drama “Oh My Ghost Clients”!

“Oh My Ghost Clients” is a new comedy-action drama starring Jung Kyung Ho as Noh Mu Jin, a labor attorney who can see ghosts.

Jung Kyung Ho explained why he joined the project, saying, “The script was interesting. The story, with a realistic character of a labor attorney working to make a living, blends emotion and humor. I thought it had a healthy energy that could help relieve viewers’ fatigue.”

Known for playing roles such as a prison guard, doctor, and instructor, Jung Kyung Ho has earned a reputation as an actor specializing in professional roles. In this drama, he transforms into a heroic labor attorney fighting for workers’ rights, heightening anticipation for his performance.

When asked what drew him to the character of Noh Mu Jin, Jung Kyung Ho said, “I was attracted to the character because he grows both personally and as a labor attorney while seeking justice for workers who tragically died in industrial accidents.”

He shared how he worked to fully immerse himself in the role, saying, “I met with real labor attorneys to better understand the profession. Since Mu Jin isn’t motivated by profit, I wanted to portray him with disheveled hair and a more natural look.”

Adding a supernatural twist, Noh Mu Jin has the ability to see ghosts and listen to their untold stories. Jung Kyung Ho noted, “It’s my first time working with ghosts.” He added, “For the possession scenes, I studied the ghost characters’ gestures to make sure their personalities came through and to bring something new each time.”

“Oh My Ghost Clients” will premiere May 30 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
