“Law and The City” follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae)—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives. These salaried lawyers, employed by law firms, commute each day to the bustling legal district of Seocho.
The drama combines a realistic script, based on the real-life experiences of writer Lee Seung Hyun, a practicing attorney, with the stylish cinematography of director Park Seung Woo.
Newly released stills offer a glimpse into the daily lives of Ahn Ju Hyeong, the most senior associate attorney, and Kang Hui Ji, the newest hire in Seocho’s legal district. Their offices remain brightly lit around the clock, reflecting the nonstop pace of life for associate attorneys. With a variety of clients—each with unique stories—and unpredictable challenges, the drama is shaping up to be a must-watch.

Ryu Hye Young portrays Bae Mun Jeong, the unofficial leader of the meal gatherings. She confidently named menu items with a catchy rhythm, and her character will ease the tension when tricky situations arise in the drama.
Im Seong Jae plays Ha Sang Gi, a kind but independent associate attorney. His natural acting added a realistic touch to the daily life of a tired lawyer. By changing his tone between work and time with friends, he is set to bring humor to the role.
