BTS's Jimin And Jungkook Discharged From The Military

BTS’s Jimin and Jungkook are finally back from the military!

On June 11, Jimin and Jungkook were discharged from the 5th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade after completing their service, and they greeted fans with warm smiles at the Yeoncheon Public Stadium.

Jimin shared, “From the COVID-19 pandemic to our military service, it was quite a long period of time, so thank you so much for waiting. I feel as if we can continue to paint [the future] we have been drawing, and we will showcase even more improved sides of ourselves.” He added, “It was my first time in the military, and I honestly don’t think it’s an easy place to be.”

Jungkook remarked, “It has been so long since I last stood in front of cameras, and I don’t even have makeup on, so I feel awkward and don’t know what to say. The juniors and our peers who were discharged slightly earlier went through a lot because they had to live with us.”

Earlier on June 10, BTS’s RM and V were also discharged from the military. Suga will be the final BTS member to be discharged from his mandatory service on June 21.
