Watch: Lee Jong Suk And Mun Ka Young Begin A Romance Despite Their Different Personalities In 'Law And The City' Highlight Teaser

tvN’s “Law and The City” has released a new highlight teaser ahead of its premiere!

“Law and The City” follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae)—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives. These salaried lawyers, employed by law firms, commute each day to the bustling legal district of Seocho.

The newly released video opens with Ahn Ju Hyeong commuting via a crowded subway, his expression blank and distant. Despite his impressive skills, he appears cynical and indifferent about winning or losing cases. In contrast, Kang Hui Ji comes across as warm and outgoing, easily making friends with everyone she meets, including her clients.

Viewers also get a glimpse of Cho Chang Won’s personality. He is seen complaining to his boss about work, yet with clients, he is more passionate and dedicated than anyone else. Meanwhile, Bae Mun Jeong is always rushing and frequently late, while Ha Sang Gi is portrayed casually trading stocks during his commute, adding a relatable touch for many viewers.

As the teaser progresses, the tone shifts, highlighting the struggles the five attorneys face at work. Clients can be harsh, and they sometimes become involved in physical confrontations. A dispirited Cho Chang Won says, “I guess being a lawyer isn’t a good fit for me,” poignantly expressing a relatable feeling that resonates with office workers everywhere.

Finally, the video teases a budding romance between Ahn Ju Hyeong and Kang Hui Ji. The two get closer in the office and also spend time together outside of Seocho, sparking curiosity about how their relationship will develop.
