Ma Dong Seok, Seo In Guk, And More Protect The World From An Evil Park Hyung Sik In 'Twelve'

Upcoming superhero drama “Twelve” has released new stills!

Inspired by the 12 zodiac animals of the East, “Twelve” tells the story of 12 angels living in the human world in human form to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits. Long ago, the angels barely managed to seal the forces of evil in the gates of hell through their sacrifice, bringing peace. However, with the evil spirits awakening, chaos returns.

The newly released stills showcase the 12 angels who possess the powers of the zodiac animals. Tae San (Ma Dong Seok), the leader of the angels and a figure embodying the strength of the tiger, exudes an intimidating aura in a costume reminiscent of the tiger’s might.

In another photo, Ogui (Park Hyung Sik), who plans to plunge the world into darkness using soul stones, creates tension with his chilling aura.

The stills also capture angels Won Seung (Seo In Guk), Mir (Lee Joo Bin), Do Ni (Go Kyu Pil), Gang Ji (Kang Mina), Jwi Dol (Sung Yoo Bin), Mal Sook (Ahn Ji Hye), and Bang Wool (Regina Lei), who protect the human world alongside Tae San.

Another image shows Ma Rok (Sung Dong Il), the angels’ overseer, deep in thought as he touches his necklace with a serious expression, sparking curiosity about the trials and tribulations that await the eight angels remaining in the human world.

The stills also offer a glimpse of the interior of Angel Capital, which is operated by Tae San and the angels. A plaque inscribed with the phrase “Benefit all of humanity” emphasizes the 12 angels’ role in protecting the human world.

The final photo shows Ogui gazing out over a cold, darkened city. Having finally emerged after being sealed away for thousands of years, Ogui leaves viewers wondering what his true intentions are.

“Twelve” is an 8-episode series that will premiere on August 23.
