July Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from June 5 to July 5.

Yoo Jae Suk continued his reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 4,379,262. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “How Do You Play?”, “Infinite Challenge,” and “Running Man,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “beloved,” “recommend,” and “talk.” Yoo Jae Suk’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.08 percent positive reactions.

Kim Jong Kook took second place with a brand reputation index of 2,362,545, while Shin Dong Yup followed close behind at third with a score of 2,282,176.

Lee Soo Ji came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,245,900, marking a 36.62 percent increase in her score since last month.

Finally, Kim Sook rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,202,790, marking a 74.52 percent rise in her score since June.
