IU Announces First Offline Fan Meet In 2 Years “Bye, Summer”

IU is set to meet fans in person at a special fan meet-up!

On August 8, her agency EDAM Entertainment announced through IU’s official social media channels that the 2025 IU Fan Meet-Up “Bye, Summer” will be held on September 13 and 14 at the KSPO DOME, and unveiled the official event poster alongside the news.

“Bye, Summer” will be IU’s first official offline fan event in nearly two years, following her September 2023 fan concert “I+UN1VER5E.”

The event’s name is also the title of an unreleased song she first performed at her concert in Seoul World Cup Stadium last year, which sparked much attention. It carries the sentiment of “a cool greeting to bid farewell to summer”—a performance that gathers the memories and laughter shared over the season for one last goodbye as summer quietly fades away.

Breaking away from her previous stage-centered formats, this gathering will take the form of a “fan meet-up,” placing greater emphasis on interaction and connection with fans. It promises to be a warm, down-to-earth occasion for communication, uniquely in IU’s own style—distinct from a typical fan meeting or fan concert.

Tickets for the 2025 IU Fan Meet-Up “Bye, Summer” will be available via Melon Ticket, with fan club pre-sales opening on August 11 at 8 p.m. KST and general sales beginning on August 13 at 8 p.m. KST. Further details will be shared through IU’s official social media channels.
