YG Ent. To Hold Concert In Decemeber
In a press release today, YG Entertainment announced that they will hold a two day ” 2010 YG Family Concert” on December 4 and 5 in Seoul’s Olympic Park Stadium.
With a lineup that includes Big Bang, 2NE1, Se7en, Gummy and Psy, fans can look forward to an amazing concert.
“We are already excited thinking about performing for our local fans since it has been a while since we have seen them,” said members of Big Bang. They had been away from the K-Pop music scene because of their Japanese promotions. 2NE1 had also expressed their goals of performing a concert this year.
With the concert planned for early December, this may be a clue as for when Big Bang’s highly anticipated Korean comeback album will be released, since their own concert would be the perfect place to showcase their new songs.
Most of YG already had comeback albums released this year; Gummy had made her comeback in late April with “Loveless”, Se7en with “Digital Bounce” in July, and 2NE1’s “To Anyone” in September.
In the past, YG Entertainment had annual concerts for their label, but the concert was not held for the past two years. Because of that, fans are going to looking forward to this concert very much.
Presale tickets will be sold on G MARKET on October 21 at 8PM.
