Song Joong Ki and Han Ye Seul to Star in Upcoming Film

Korean drama fans note: An unbelievably gorgeous duo is headed to a Korean movie screen near you.  The physically blessed Song Joong Ki and Han Ye Seul will star together in the upcoming film “Although I Was Born Into This World”.   

The movie centers around two young adults dealing with the current economic crisis in Korea.  The plot deals with a serious situation, but it will be lightened with wit and humor.  Song will play a college graduate who is unable to find a job and depends upon his working mother for financial sustenance.  Han will play an extreme cheapskate who whittles down her world only to what involves spending no money — this means excluding the possibility of dating, going to a hospital, or believing in a religion.

The film was written and directed by Kim Jong Hwan, and will be distributed by Filament Pictures.  “Although I Was Born Into This World” will open in theaters in the latter half of the year 2011.
