Song Chang Ui Joins Jung Yong Hwa & Park Shin Hye for “You Fell in Love with Me”

Actor Song Chang Ui has been casted for MBC’s new Wed-Thurs drama “You Fell in Love with Me,” directed by Pyo Min Soo and starring Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye. “You Fell in Love with Me” is a melo-drama that is set at an arts college. Song Chang Ui will play the character named Kim Seuk Hyun—an outstanding show director who returns back to Korea after his successful career of directing creative plays in Broadway.

Kim Seuk Hyun’s passion for shows and performances within the drama attracted Song Chang Ui to take the role because it resembles his passion for performing on stage. Since his appearance in SBS’s “Beautiful Life,” the actor appeared in various musicals such as  “’The Sorrows of Young Werther’ and “Gwanghwamun Younga.” Also, the original subject matter and his trust for Director Pyo Min Soo was another big factor that made him decide to join the cast.

Song Chang Ui commented, “I was also an arts college student and went turn a long learning process in the past. So I’m excited that I’ll be able to act in this drama while reminiscing my past experiences.” It will be interesting to see how the actor will transform from his past warm and well-mannered image from SBS’s drama “Beautiful Life” to a tough and strict character in this new drama. “You Fell in Love with Me” will air its first episode on June 29th.
