Big Bang Takes No.1 on Oricon Charts

Big Bang is off to a great start as their second official Japanese album “BIGBANG 2″ topped the Oricon Daily Album Chart on May 11^th, the day of its release!

Considering that Big Bang’s first official Japanese album was ranked #2 on the Oricon Daily Album Chart when it was released back in 2009, their recent accomplishment reflects how much their popularity in Japan has grown since then.

Their latest album features a total of 10 tracks including the Japanese version of “Tonight,” “Love Song,” “Stupid Liar (Ms. Liar).”

Currently, Big Bang is staying in Japan for the Japan Tour Concert “Love & Hope.” So far, tickets for every single concert of the tour have been sold out. The boys have successfully completed their first concert in Osaka on the 10^th, and will be holding eight more concerts in three different cities until the 19^th.
