Lee Jun Ki Helps Out In Relief Operations
Lee Jun Ki participated in relief operations for the flooding and landslides that beset some parts of the country in the midst of heavy rains in late July. His participation is in the course of his duties as a currently enlisted active personnel of the military. Police and civil service engineering teams were also dispatched.
Soldier Lee was caught on photographs shovelling mud and debris off buried houses in Seocho Nioumian Hills to help the residents in rebuilding.
Lee became popular for his roles in TV dramas such as “My Girl,” “Time Between Dog and Wolf” and “Iljimae.” He is also currently starring in a Korean remake of Taiwanese drama “Rookies’ Diary,” about the lives of recruits in military training. Fellow actors Kim Ji Hoon and Kim Ji Suk, also currently enlisted, co-star.
