Kim Soo Hyun Follows in the Footsteps of Jo In Sung, Lee Min Ho, and 2PM

Kim Soo Hyun has been selected as the main model for the Korean beer brand, Cass. On March 21, OB Beer, the manufacturer of Cass, said they picked Kim Soo Hyun after seeing his popularity from MBC drama “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” nearly become a cult syndrome in Korea.

“Despite his young age, Kim Soo Hyun has shown charismatic acting, becoming one of the top stars in all age groups. The charisma, passion, and young energy that Kim Soo Hyun possesses perfectly matches well with the passionate, challenging image that Cass is going for, and we hope it will fascinate the hearts of our cusomters,” Cass said in a statement.

Previous models for Cass include Jo In Sung, Lee Min Ho, and 2PM. In particular, after Jo In Sung’s endorsement, the brand has become the top selling beer in Korea, overcoming Hite Jinro Beer for the first time 15 years.
