Song Seung Hun: "I Don't Know Why I Didn't Get Into Historical Dramas Earlier"

Song Seung Hun gave his thoughts on historical dramas in general, during a press conference for “Time Slip, Dr. Jin” which was held on July 5. Park Min Young, Lee Bum Soo, Kim Jaejoong, and Lee So Yeon also joined the press conference.

Song Seung Hun was asked about his thoughts on doing a historical drama for the first time, “During the first production press conference I stated that I felt a lot of pressure because it was my first historical drama. However, now I don’t know why I didn’t get into historical dramas earlier.”

He continued, “The subjects within historical dramas are interesting. You meet real historical figures, and you can’t verge too far from actual history, I think that is fun. Also, I didn’t think that I would be running around this much for ‘Time Slip, Dr. Jin.’ But, I am sweating more than any other project I have done. Since the first episode where my character time slips to the Joseon period up till now, everything has been so hectic. I thought things would settle down a bit, but now incidents continue to happen.”

“Time Slip, Dr. Jin” began airing on May 26.
