Jeon Ji Hyun Got Hit in The Face With Bullet Shells But Continues to Work
Jeon Ji Hyun had been injured while filming for her movie but has set an example as a professional by continuing to work.
While filming for the upcoming film “Berlin,” Jeon Ji Hyun had reportedly been hit by a series of falling bullet shells during a gun fight scene.
Sources from the film staff stated, “Since this is a big-scale action film project, chasing scenes and gun fight scenes have also been upgraded, which is harder on the actors and actresses,” and “During a gun fight scene, Jeon Ji Hyun was hit in the face by falling bullet shells, which dug into her skin. But she didn’t complain and simply took out the shell and resumed filming, showing everyone her professionalism.”
Director Ryu Seung Wan commented, “Jeon Ji Hyun has a lot of experience with action scenes in the past so she is very good. She is very good on wires so I thought there was a reason why she was chosen for ‘The Thieves.’ I want to call her ‘Action Ji Hyun.'”
After this news was reported, netizens are comparing Jeon Ji Hyun with another actress, who self-asserted that she used a stunt double for a scene where her character is being beaten.
“Berlin” will hit theaters on January 31. Meanwhile, check out the characters in this highly anticipated film!
