"Strong Heart 2" Confirmed with Kim Hee Sun, Shin Dong Yup and Yoon Jong Shin as MCs
Finally, news of the follow-up program of “Strong Heart” has been confirmed and will be called “Strong Heart 2” with emcees Shin Dong Yup, Yoon Jong Shin and Kim Hee Sun.
Sources from broadcast companies commented on January 11, “The name of the follow-up program has been confirmed as ‘Strong Heart 2.’ The MCs will be Shin Dong Yup, Yoon Jong Shin and Kim Hee Sun.”
“Strong Heart 2” will be a continuation of “Strong Heart” but will have a smaller guest audience and have a slight change in the structure of the show. “Strong Heart” first aired in 2009 and continued for three successful years.
It is reported that Kang Ho Dong, who was the main MC of “Strong Heart” until last September, will be in a new talk show for KBS’s “Moonlight Prince,” which will air at the same time as “Strong Heart 2.”
Shin Dong Yup has been seeing great success with many of his variety programs such as “Immortal Song 2” and “National Talk Show Hello.” Yoon Jong Shin has been displaying his excellent variety program skills through “Radio Star” and “Go Show.” Kim Hee Sun has recently shown great talking skills and honest portrayals through her guest appearance on “Healing Camp.” Kim Hee Sun has also emceed a lot back in the days such as “Inkigayo” in 1997.
Lee Dong Wook has announced that he will be stepping down from the talk show to focus on his acting. “Strong Heart” will record its last episode on January 17. The new “Strong Heart 2” will air in the middle of February.
