Lee Dong Wook Stars in Kim Tae Woo's "Cosmic Girl" MV for Free

Lee Dong Wook proves he can keep a promise. The actor, who just wrapped his hosting stint with “Strong Heart” earlier in the month, starred in the music video of Kim Tae Woo‘s “Cosmic Girl” for free, as a fulfillment of a promise he made to the singer a decade ago.

According to reports in local news agencies, Lee Dong Wook’s stint as the hero in Kim Tae Woo’s “Cosmic Girl” music video is voluntary, as a gesture of his friendship and to keep his promise from 10 years ago. Lee Dong Wook and Kim Tae Woo go way back when the latter was still a member of g.o.d. The actor once said he will star in Kim Tae Woo’s solo release. 

In “Cosmic Girl,” Lee Dong Wook plays a love-struck man who meets his perfect woman but they ended up parting ways. The heroine is played by Yoon So Jung, second placer in the 2007 Asia Korea Supermodel. 

“Cosmic Girl,” a hip-hop-influenced, guitar-and-strings-infused track is the title song from Kim Tae Woo’s latest album “T-Love.”
