Comedian Jung Sun Hee Gives a Meaningful Lecture Based on Her Past Tragedy

On the recent episode of tvN’s “Star Special Lecture Show,” which was aired on July 10, comedian Jung Sun Hee appeared as a guest to give a special message for the audience. The lecture was based partly on her tragic past, in which her late husband, Ahn Jae Hwan, committed suicide in 2008.

Jung Sun Hee stated, “I know that there are people who think I live like nothing happened. But that is not true at all. The world may forget [about my husband’s death], but the one person who will never forget him is me. However, I like to believe that good memories I create today can be used like band-aids on my scar.”

She also added, “I think it would be too sad if I can’t enjoy life because I tie myself to the past.”
