Is Lee Hyori's Wedding in the Next Few Days? Agency Says "No Comment"

K-Pop’s Diva Lee Hyori wanted a quiet wedding, but with her status, it seems the interest is just too high for the event to be passed over quietly.

Earlier, a local news agency reported that Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon’s wedding was taking place on August 31 KST at the bride-to-be’s house in Jeju Island. Lee Hyori’s agency came out to state that the news was untrue- she is not getting married on August 31- but it had nothing to say about anything else.

Interestingly, another news source has been reporting that Lee Hyori’s wedding will be on September 1, not August 31, at Jeju with the couple’s parents and close friends in attendance. Both Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon’s reps have responded that they can’t comment on anything, and that both the artists really don’t want anything to be leaked out to the media about the wedding.

Previously in late July, Lee Hyori wrote on her Twitter, “Since a long time ago, I wished to have a small and quiet wedding , and since Sang Soon oppa and our families agreed to it, we won’t be having a ceremony. I just wanted to have a quiet and meaningful time with oppa and our families since it will be an important and once in a lifetime event.

Whatever the date and form, congratulations Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon!
