SISTAR Solidifies Status in the Industry with Successful Completion of "S" Concert
Girl group SISTAR set another mark in their career with the successful completion of their “S” concert held yesterday, October 12, at Seoul’s Olympic Hall.
It was SISTAR’s first concert in a year, following the success of their second full-length album, “Give It to Me.” Around 4000 fans gathered that day to be wowed by SISTAR’s energy and charisma on stage as the group performed their biggest hits and also delivered solo stages. Bora performed a cover of Lee Hyori‘s “Miss Korea,” Soyou performed Rihanna‘s “We Found Love,” Dasom sang “Like a Star,” and Hyorin belted out Beyonce‘s “End of Time.” Soyou’s stage drew particular attention as she showed off her toned abs and subtle sexiness. Sub-unit SISTAR19 also took to the stage, performing their sexy “Ma Boy” and “Gone Not Around Any Longer.”
Fellow singer Baek Ji Young and K.Will showed their support for SISTAR, appearing as guests at the concert. Baek Ji Young commented, “I think this is the first time I have liked a group of juniors. It’s not easy for females to hold concerts, but I think SISTAR did very well.”
