Jung Kyung Ho and Girls' Generation Sooyoung Have to Deny Dating Rumors Once Again

It must be one of those days again. After news of Park Yoochun and golfer Ahn Shin Ae‘s possible (and denied) romantic relationship broke this morning, another dating rumor has come up, but this time, it is one we’ve heard before.

Earlier this year in February, actor Jung Kyung Ho and Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung were the center of a dating rumor of which both sides denied. Months later in this past September, Jung Kyung Ho revealed on a radio program that he was dating a non-celebrity. However, a women’s magazine Woman Sense announced today “According to our investigation, Jung Kyung Ho’s girlfriend is NOT a non-celebrity. He is currently dating Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung. They stared dating early this year and have been keeping their relationship a secret.”

Women Sense claimed that the two initially became close since they go to the same church and are alums of the same Joongang University. They started dating after Jung Kyung Ho came out of the military, and due to their busy schedules, have been meeting late evening/early morning. On days they both don’t have to work, they meet together with other friends.

Women Sense also claimed that actor Ha Jung Woo lent his support to the couple, joining them on dates along with other Girls’ Generation members. Women Sense suggested that this was probably why the actor got caught up in a dating rumor with a Girls’ Generation member previously.

The magazine also stated that Jung Kyung Ho and Sooyoung dated overseas, with the actor visiting Sooyoung in Japan while she was there for a concert.

Both Sooyoung’s agency, SM Entertainment, and Jung Kyung Ho’s agency, Fantagio, denied Women Sense’s claim. SM Entertainment stated to various news outlets that the rumor is not true. Fantagio also confirmed the fallacy of Women Sense’s claim, stating that it talked to Jung Kyung Ho and the actor expressed surprise at such a rumor when he has already announced that he is dating a non-celebrity currently.
