Gong Yoo Escapes Bullets in New Stills for Action Film "The Suspect"

Action still cuts of Gong Yoo in his new movie “The Suspect” have been revealed!

“The Suspect” is Gong Yoo’s first step into the action genre and is directed by Won Shin Yeon, who also worked on “Seven Days.” Gong Yoo will return to the big screen as an action star and these stills are greatly increasing anticipation for the film.

“The Suspect” is about Ji Dong Chul, who has become everyone’s target and chases after the one who killed his family.

Gong Yoo will shed his romantic guy image that he won over so many hearts with, especially from “Coffee Prince,” and “Big” and put on a new, manly man image for this film.

It is said that Gong Yoo pulled off dangerous and advanced stunts on this own. The stills show various scenes of Gong Yoo escaping bullets, jumping off a roof and flying over the Han River.

“The Suspect” also stars Park Hee Soon, Jo Sung Ha and Yoo Da In and will hit theaters in December.
