2NE1 Confirms 2014 World Tour Stops

Just after releasing a new teaser image, 2NE1 confirmed their “2014 World Tour” stops on November 20 in a video posted on their YouTube channel.

Speaking in Korean, the 2NE1 members introduced their “2014 World Tour” stops. The tour will begin in Seoul in March 2014, and they will visit China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and more. They also hinted that if there was enough fan support in countries other than the ones listed, there might be more additions to the tour if foreign promoters contacted them.

The girls read from a script and were their normal awkward selves, but it was nevertheless an effort to communicate with fans in different languages. CL also spoke in English, confirming the full list of countries, with the other members chiming in as she went along. Dara spoke in Chinese, while Minzy made her announcement in Japanese.

The video ended with the girls giving a deep bow to the camera.

2NE1 announced their comeback and upcoming world tour through their Double Park “press conference” on November 18. The Park sisters talked about their impending comeback with “Missing You” on November 21 and hinted that YG was working on a 2NE1 world tour. Teasers for all four members (Minzy, CL, Dara and Bom) have been released and all that’s left is to wait for the single and MV release on November 21 00:00 AM (KST).

Subtitles for the video below are available in English, Japanese and Chinese.
