Lee Jong Suk’s Agency Buys Out Girl’s Day’s Agency
It looks like Lee Jong Suk and Girl’s Day will be labelmates!
On December 2, Lee Jong Suk’s agency Wellmade StarM announced through a press release that they bought out Dream Tea Entertainment and currently own all of the company’s shares.
An official from Wellmade StarM stated, “If entertainment agencies focused on artist export as the main goal for business until now, I believe that from now on a company will have to find new ways to not only focus on artists, but to focus on the production of a content.”
Wellmade StarM recently secured Yedang Company along with other recent investments, helping them to quickly expand from an acting agency to also house movie production, as well as nurture a performance venue and music business.
