Lee Hyori and 2NE1's CL to Perform Together for SBS Gayo Daejun

While YG artists’ appearance on KBS‘s Gayo Daejun seems unlikely, SBS is moving ahead with exciting plans with 2NE1‘s CL. The “baddest female” in K-Pop will be collaborating with K-Pop diva Lee Hyori!

YG Entertainment has confirmed the collaboration, announcing that Lee Hyori and CL are currently discussing what kind of performance they would like to deliver. This will be the first collaboration between CL and Lee Hyori, but not the first between the K-Pop diva and YG, with Lee Hyori previously delivering a surprising kiss performance with Big Bang‘s T.O.P at the Mnet KM Music Festival in 2008. 

Lee Hyori released her album “Monochrome” this year, proving her staying power in the industry with two hit songs, “Miss Korea” and “Bad Girl.” 2NE1’s CL also released a solo single this year, “The Baddest Female,” showing her fierce rapping style and charisma. With these two powerful and sexy ladies joining together, expectations are sure to hit sky-high for this year’s SBS Gayo Daejun, which will air December 29.
