Kim Soo Hyun Talks About His "Man from the Stars" Co-Star Jun Ji Hyun

Former co-stars Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun have met once again for upcoming drama, “Man from the Stars.” Both stars previously worked together in the 2012 film, “The Thieves” which is centered on a group of Korean and Chinese thieves plotting a diamond heist. On December 16, actor Kim Soo Hyun attended a press conference for “Man from the Stars” at the SBS office building located in Seoul with his fellow co-star,  Jun Ji Hyun . When asked what it was like to work with the famous actress again, he replied, “I too am very excited and happy to be working with my senior Jun Ji Hyun, and the filming site is really nice. We share a lot of laughs while filming.” 

He also added, “To be honest, I was a little worried since it had been a long time since  Jun Ji Hyun had filmed a drama. However, after we started filming several days ago without much rest- I don’t think I have to worry about her stamina. We’ve been enjoying filming and smile a lot. I’m thankful for all the NGs we get because we laugh in the middle of it. If anything, the only thing that’s changed about  Jun Ji Hyun  since the last time I worked with her on ‘The Thieves’ is that back then she was single and now she’s married.” 

Kim Soo Hyun will play the role of Do Min Joon, an alien who fell to earth 400 years ago during the Joseon Dynasty period. He has maintained his young and handsome appearance while holding a cynical view of love. That is, until he meets top Hallyu star Cheon Song Yi, played by Jeon Ji Hyun. 

The first episode is scheduled to air on December 18!
