“Man from the Stars” Episode 2 Preview

In order to get rid of her negative image as a celebrity who was given preferential treatment in college admission, Chun Song Yi (Jun Ji Hyun) agrees to film a show titled “Chun Song Yi Special” documenting twenty-four hours of her personal life. The manager and filming crew are puzzled by her ignorant comments and random behavior. Chun Song Yi gets embarrassed in front of the other students when she receives a zero on her paper from college professor Min Joon (Kim Soo Hyun), and suddenly disappears in the midst of filming…

Chun Song Yi: What kind of special?

The first episode started off with a bang! AGB Nielsen reported that the first episode of “Man from the Stars” brought in 15.6% of the viewers.

“Man from the Stars” is a miraculous and sweet love story between alien Do Min Joon (Kim Soo Hyun), who landed on earth 400 years ago, and Hallyu top star Chun Song Yi (Jun Ji Hyun). Lee Hwi Kyung (Park Hae Jin), the youngest son of a conglomerate, and actress Yoo Sae Mi (Yoo In Na) with a dark and gloomy personality rounds out the cast. The drama is directed by Jang Tae Yoo (“Tree with Deep Roots”) and the writer Park Ji Eun is known for her past hits (“Get Karl! Oh Soo Jung,” “Queen of Housewives,” “You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly”)
