Shin Dong Yup Advices Girl's Day's Sojin to Keep Quiet About Her Age?

Soon about to reach her thirties, Sojin of Girl’s Day recently expressed her concern over her age.

On the February 3 episode of KBS2’s “Hello Counselor,” KBS’ representative comedians gathered to the studio to discuss their worries. This week’s guest was none other than Girl’s Day, and when MC Shin Dong Yup asked the girls whether they have anything on their mind, Sojin caught everyone’s attention with her deep sigh.

Hesitating a bit at first, she finally said, “I will turn 30 [Korean age] next year.” Her confession surprised both the MCs and the audience, who all seemed to assume the members are in their early twenties, as Sojin blends perfectly in with her youthful but sexy look. 

Seeing everyone’s reaction, Hyeri burst in laughter and said to Sojin, “Maybe you should not have said that,” and MC Shin Dong Yup jokingly added, “That almost would have been for the best.”
