What are some of your favorite K-Pop collaborations or project units? The most recent chart topping Soyu x Junggigo? The sexy and controversial Trouble Maker? Or the always unique Orange Caramel?

Local news source Ilgan Sports ran a survey through Tillion research service (www.tillionpanel.com), gathering 10,023 votes for the best idol collaboration or project unit. Thirty-nine percent of the votes came from netizen in their 30s, 19% in their 20s, 1% in their teens, 26% in their 40s, 10% in their 50s, and 5% in their 60s and above. Fourty-eight percent of the participants were males, while 52% were females.

Eleven groups were nominated and ranked according to the number of votes received. Click through the gallery for the results and let us know which is your favorite collaboration or project unit!

1st place with 2262 votes (22.6%)- Trouble Maker

4Minute‘s HyunA and BEAST‘s Jang Hyun Seung make up this co-ed duo. With their sexy choreography and controversial music videos, yes, this group knows how to stir trouble.

2nd place with 1585 votes (15.8%)- SISTAR19

A sub-unit of SISTAR composed of members Hyorin and Bora. With one body roll, we’ve been mesmerized forever.

3rd place with 1474 votes (14.7%)- Soyu x Junggigo

Composed of male singer Junggigo and SISTAR’s Soyu, who has made her collaborations a hit every single time. Her work with rapper Mad Clown produced the runaway hit “Stupid Love.”

This sub-unit from After School is composed of Raina, Lizzy, and Nana. Their concepts are a little strange and a little over-the-top, but always eye-catching. 

7th place with 643 votes (6.4%)- Taetiseo

Tiffany, Seohyun, and Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation make up this blindingly beautiful sub-unit. We need a comeback soon!

8th place with 459 votes (4.6%)- Super Junior K.R.Y.

This is Super Junior’s ballad unit composed of members Yesung, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun bringing us a mesmerizing harmony of voices.

9th place with 267 votes (2.7%)- Rainbow Blaxx

Jaekyung, Woori, Seungah, and Hyunyoung make up Rainbow Blaxx, the sexy and seductive side of Rainbow.

Dongwoo and Hoya from Inifinite come together for their preferred genre of music, hip hop.
